The National Fusion Center Association represents the interests of state and major urban area fusion centers, as well as associated interests of states, tribal nations, and units of local government, in order to promote the development and sustainment of fusion centers; encourage effective, ethical, and lawful intelligence and information sharing; and prevent and reduce the harmful effects of crime and terrorism on victims, individuals, and communities.
The NFCA and our Fusion Centers host a multitude of events ranging from training to national and regional conferences. Each year, the NFCA hosts its Annual Training Event in Alexandria, Virginia. Over 700+ fusion center employees, federal and local partners come together to share innovative ideas and business practices for the purpose of enhancing fusion center capabilities and the National Network’s contribution to public safety.
Membership in the National Fusion Center Association is limited to the representatives of state and major urban area fusion centers identified by the US Department of Homeland Security as primary or recognized fusion centers.
